First and foremost we want to wish all of you, your families and your fur babies the very best Christmas! We hope you have time to snuggle up and relax and enjoy some much needed cuddles after the hustle and bustle of the season.

USA Shipping update

We're happy to report that all of the USA orders are starting to arrive!! The following orders have shipped as scheduled and promised:

• All orders that purchased DEC shipping
• All simply the Game USA orders
• All Simply the Game Expanded USA orders
• All Double the Players USA orders
• All It's all in the box USA orders
• All Kickstarter USA orders
• All USA pre-orders
• All Simply the Game International orders

We've been keeping an eye on those tracking numbers and some lucky few already started arriving in mailboxes on Saturday, and more are scheduled to arrive this week! Woo-Hoo! 🥳😄🎅🎄

Printable Certificates

As promised here are some super fun printables to use if your game is delayed in the mail or it’s not expected to arrive until Jan. The kids and I has so much fun coming up with fun and cheeky ideas. There is a “Fart-in-a-Jar” printable Gag gift----lol its waaaay too funny---- a “Frenchie Gift Hunt” complete with clues, and a whole bunch of certificates that you can choose from. We hope you love them and can't wait to hear stories and see reaction videos! Please do share!

International Shipping Update

All international shipments besides "Simply the Game" shipments which have been already shipped, will ship out in JAN along with the custom made cards and expansion decks. These expansion decks are custom drawn from the choices we gave our backers, so they’re being completed as we speak and will go into production soon. Shipping prices are sky high due to covid & the global pandemic, so we are unable to ship base games separately. All items will ship together in Jan. Please bear with us as we navigate international shipping guidelines and we promise we'll get the games to you just as soon as we can! Meanwhile, if you'd like to gift your game to someone for Christmas, please see the paragraph above for some fun solutions!

 Shipping Notes & Help with a Special Thank You 

I know you probably realize this already, but please be patient and keep in mind that carrier services are doing their best despite the global pandemic. Shipments this year are at an all time high...and with human lives on the front lines of this pandemic, we have to be patient and let them do what they can stay safe. This takes more time. Our mail ladies Lynn (a cancer survivor) & Stephanie at our local post office have been so wonderful, hand scanning each of the Farting Frenchies Packages to make sure they get into the system, by the hundreds. Each time we show up at the post office with another shipment they smile and say, “wow! back again?” and chat with the kids and I about our day. If you’d like to help make their day, I’m making a post in our group to thank them. I’m going to present it to them along with a little gift. Awesome news!

In true 2020 nature, just when we thought we were in the clear and everything was awesome, on schedule, shipped out on time by the manufacturer as promised, our shipping carrier really dropped the ball. Despite paying nearly $8,000 for shipping to make it by Christmas, our base games were sitting in a warehouse in UPS hands for a week, with no updates. We spent countless hours trying to figure out things with UPS to get more info. Transfer after transfer, rep after rep, they assured us each day the boxes would move, but still, they sat. We were beyond upset. BUT…

In true Christmas miracle fashion, after waiting over a week for ANY kind of update from UPS, the games magically appeared at our doorstep today. Literally. Magic. It’s like Santa delivered them himself, because, funny thing is, even UPS tracking still shows that the packages haven’t even arrived in the country!! Want a SNEEK PEEK? 👇

What to expect

We are beyond ecstatic and have been shipping packages since they arrived at 2pm today Wed 12/16. Here’s where we’re at:

•  We’re feverishly packing all USA orders that included December shipping or those who added it on. These packages have the best chance to arrive by Christmas, so they’ll go out first.
   
•  Please remember this does not include any extras, only the base games and the bonus KSE cards (but not the special order cards- FB’s Dozer and Ace’s Fartace card will ship later)
   
•  Also, as always promised, other items like T’s, expansions and plushies will ship in the second shipment in January when everything else is in. This is all custom stuff that takes extra time to draw, create, manufacture and deliver.

We are trying our best to get these out as fast as possible, we’ve had the invoices ready to go, shipping labels on standby and cars gassed up ready to head to the post office. We are going to do our VERY BEST to get these out to all of you as fast as we can. It’s going to be a tight turn around but we are ready to make it happen on our end and get base games into the mail as fast as we can. We are so very sorry if they do not make it in time, at this point we cannot make promises on the carrier end of things we can only control how fast we get the game to the post office, and not how fast they deliver them. 2020 has proved to be very tough for the post office despite getting this all in by their official Christmas shipping deadline. It may be “hit or miss” depending on each address and how efficient the mail system is in your area. Please cross your fingers, toes, and offer up any prayers you can to the shipping gods for us.

Printable Certificates

In case your base game does not arrive in time for you to gift it, I’m going to create a series of funny printable “certificates” that you can print and give in place of the base game. I’ll make some cute, some cheeky, you can choose which one to use. I’ll start creating those and will send them in the next update- after the initial shipment is out. This way you’ll be covered and have something to give on the big day just in case.

Customer Service

I know that you all are super anxious about getting your games and want to double check tracking and may have questions. I 100% understand, but please be patient with us as we get to everyone, we are working hard to get the games out first and will answer questions as soon as that's complete. We will try to hop in and answer a few questions here and there but want to make sure first and foremost that the games go out to have the best chance of arriving. We are only a 2 adult and 3 kids team, so please bear with us! Thank you for understanding.

We need your info! Backer Shipping Surveys are Out.

Backer Surveys were sent out this past Tuesday, December 1st. Already filled yours out? Great! You’re all set! Haven’t yet? Please hurry! We need your info so that we can finalize your items and if they include a base game with Christmas delivery, get them ready to ship in time for the upcoming holiday deadline.

What’s a Backer Survey? A backer survey is a ‘Kickstarter term’ for ‘collecting your info’. In the surveys you’ll have an opportunity to give us your shipping address, expansion pack choices and finalize any additional add-ons.

Little Toots Expansion Update

We’ve begun creating our Little Toots Expansion Pack and have had so much fun bringing these little pups to life! We polled our Facebook Group and got some great ideas from the Farting Frenchies Group Members. It was fun to chat and come up with ideas to make this expansion pack super special. Many of the ideas made it into the deck! Here is a sneak peek at some of the fun artwork.

We’ll begin working on the Pugs Expansion Pack next. Have some fun pug ideas? We’d love it if you shared! We are looking for ideas for names and characters. We have about 6 so far from our facebook group poll, but could use a few more to really make this pack unique! Head over to our page and let us know your ideas & who knows? Your idea could be in the next deck!
